Yet another California micro brew - Hoppy Brewing brews its beers in our State Capitol. This is actually the first time I've had a Hoppy beer and it won't be the last. The Total Eclipse pours very dark with a nice soft head. It is a unique beer with an overwhelming taste - it makes your mouth 'hoppy'. A glass of this would do as any more would be too sweet and filling.
