This Nut Brown Ale tastes like a bitter version of Newcastle. Again, this is the unpleasant type of sour/sweet bitter that I am personally not fond of; however, reviews of this beer are mainly optimistic. You should try the Samuel Smith's for yourself and make your own decision. So far for me, I would rather drink some local microbrews or anything coming out of Belgium over these English beers.
