  1. does your beer a day challenge require that you finish the beer, or just attempt to drink it?

    try El Presidente from the Dominican Republic. we used to like it but what did we know back then? the deal was if dominicans sold it they got a free refrigerator in the deal so it was - and continues - to be everywhere.

  2. nothing in the by laws, but i think i am ethically and morally responsible to finish the beers i open - plus, i was brought up never to waste alcohol!

  3. I enjoy reading your blogs (and wish I had thought of it!) and for the most part you're right on but about Salvadorean beers your way off, at least the Pilsener. Try it again with some tacos or better yet with pupusas, make sure it's ice cold and it's right up there (if not better) then any of the Mexican beers (ie corona, tecate, etc) IMO. I agree most cervezas are easily drinkable on warm sunny California days but can't compete with IPAs, my favorite too. Try it again, you may have been influenced by that piss poor suprema cerveza.
