This is a purely organic wheat beer fashioned to mimic the likes of Hoegaarden. However, it falls a little short in comparison to the true Belgium brew. It is a pale beer in color with a beautiful sweet citrus aroma. A very slight spice upon entry but doesn't really leave much beyond that first impression. I still look forward to New Belgium's other brews but this Mothership Wit certainly doesn't compare to the real McCoy.
